Vanessa Knight Open Meet
The Venessa Knight open meet, will be held on Sunday 26th May 2024
This is great for those swimmers who are not experienced with open meets There are 3 different ability levels (grades A, B & C) and awards at each level so more opportunity to win medals! It is open to swimmers who are 9 and above.

Venue: Arun Leisure Centre, Felpham Way, Bognor Regis PO22 8ED
Entry - First come first served once the entry date/time opens, with Upper Qualifying Times. Opening date is 9am, Monday 8th April

Please use the link above for any withdrawals prior to the gala. Manual withdrawals are possible on the day of the gala, but must be submitted by the team coach using the form provided in the coach packs. An announcement will be made during each warmup, stating when withdrawals will close. It is important that withdrawals are submitted promptly to avoid empty lanes during the competition.
Information about entries
- Send your completed Entry File back to [email protected] stating the number of coach passes you will need.
- Please offer 1 official for every 10 swimmers from your club. We reserve the right to decline entries that do not offer enough officials.
- Coach Packs / Poolside passes - please complete the form at least ONE week before the event with details of each person who will be poolside.
- Do not submit payment until entries have been confirmed.

There is an additional £8 per swimmer for Individual entries unless you are sending the entry in with a Hy-Tek file
A completed manual entry form should then be emailed to [email protected] on (Date TBC) - entries fill up within a few minutes so be quick.
NOTE: - It is now a requirement that anyone poolside must have a DBS and be a certain level, no parents will be able to be poolside unless they meet those requirements. The alternative is that you get agreement from another club to look after your swimmer for you.

Spectators
Entry will be £5 per session, or £9 all day. Under 12s free.
Parking is free and plentiful. Please park responsibly. We do not accept responsibility for parking infringments.
Results
Results will be available via Meet Mobile or attached in our Calendar once the meet is complete and results have gone to rankings.
