Welcome to Arun Tridents Swimming Club

At Arun Tridents Swimming Club we offer competitive swimming coaching in a friendly and supportive environment for swimmers aged from 6 years old, right through to adults (masters swimming).

We also run our own Swim School for children age 4+ in Littlehampton and Worthing using our iSwim School.

Arun Tridents was formally recognised in December 2022 following the merger of two great clubs, Littlehampton Swimming Club (founded in 1983) and Bognor Swimming Club (founded in 1965).  The club trains at the “Littlehampton Wave" in Littlehampton and at the “Arun Leisure Centre” in Felpham. Both facilities offer 8 Lane x 25m pools and their contact details can be found on the home page.

Competitions

Arun Tridents is a highly succesful swimming club.

We are very proud to have produced a large number of successful swimmers, who regularly compete at County, Regional & National competitions across the U.K.

Each year we organise and host a number of Open Meets, attended regularly by many swimming clubs from all over the South of England. We also participate in Sussex & National Arena League Team Galas and host internal galas for Arun Trident members.

We have experienced great success at all levels over the years.

We are also very proud to have a strong group of Para Swimmers, who have achieved local and National successes in the pool.

Arun Tridents continues to go from strength to strength, developing swimmers and coaches alike. We work closely with our partners enabling us to deliver a first class competitive swimmer development programme.
