Easter Open Meet
The Easter Open Meet will be held on Sunday 29th March 2026
The Easter Open is a chance to compete over 50, 100 and 200m events in all strokes along with the 200m IM. This meet has upper limit times and is designed to enable swimmers to gain South East Regional Qualifying Times.

Entry: Entry is based on a First Come, First Served basis. Entries for external clubs are currently CLOSED. Thank you for you submissions!
For 2025 we have adjusted the Upper Qualifying Times. These can be found in the section below. Entries outside qualifying times can be added as exhibition swims, and for this year, we also happy to aacept swimmers with no entry times.

Withdrawals will be the responsibility of the entry club, and can be submitted using the QR code which will be provided once all entries have been processed and accepted.
Information about entries
- Send your completed Entry File back to [email protected] stating the number of coach passes you will need.
- Please offer 1 official for every 10 swimmers from your club. We reserve the right to decline entries that do not offer enough officials.
- Coach Packs / Poolside passes - please complete the form at least ONE week before the event with details of each person who will be poolside.
- Do not submit payment until entries have been confirmed.
Entries for Individuals

There is an additional £8 per swimmer for Individual entries unless you are sending the entry in with a Hy-Tek file
A completed manual entry form should then be emailed to [email protected].
NOTE: - It is now a requirement that anyone poolside must have a DBS and be a certain level, no parents will be able to be poolside unless they meet those requirements. The alternative is that you get agreement from another club to look after your swimmer for you.
Officials

Spectators
Entry will be £5 per session, or £12 all day. Under 12s free.
Parking is free and plentiful. Please park responsibly. We do not accept responsibility for parking infringements.
Coaches / Team Managers / Chaperones
To comply with Swim England Laws and Technical rules and in accordance with Wavepower, all visiting clubs must ensure that Team Managers, Coaches and Chaperones have an Enhanced DBS with barred list check, are safeguard trained and comply with Swim England Child Protection Policy.
To support this Arun Tridents will only allow Team Managers, Coaches and Chaperones poolside if they are able to present an in-date event accreditation pass. Visiting Clubs must inform the Meet Manager how many Poolside Passes they wish to purchase. These will be invoiced in the usual way. Each Team Manager/Coach/Chaperone must then acquire their own Poolside accreditation by logging on to ‘Swim England Member Options.
