Gala Roles

Below is a list of volunteer roles that are required for each of our Arun Tridents Galas. When you enter your swimmer you also need to volunteer to help. These roles are in addition to the officials that we need. If you would like to train to be an official please email [email protected]

Please complete this form if you do not already have a Swim England number- everyone needs their own number.

We understand that you may not be able to help on the day of the meet, if this is the case then we always need help at set up or pack up. If there are younger siblings to consider then door, raffle or medals desk would be the most suitable role

Some roles you are needed for the whole session, others it might just be for warm-up. It does not matter what role you take on you will be able to watch your swimmer compete from the spectator area.

Please do come to the help desk if you have any questions or email [email protected]
